Spring 2020
Following up the new minimal logo I designed, I wanted to create a new, unique business card for Panera Bread. I placed a loaf shape in the middle of the actual business card and created a cutout on a sleeve; that way when you remove the business card, it looks like someone has taken a bite out of the loaf of bread. For the design on the back, I drew inspiration from bread scoring patterns. Ages ago when people had to use community ovens, they would have their own unique scoring pattern to mark their bread as their own. I loved this personal aspect and wanted to add it to the business card to create a sense that it belongs to both Panera Bread and the customer who holds the business card.
(This was an independent project, not an actual design for the company)
